Comments

Gabriel Becerra says:

When anthony says i love you it makes me happy :)

Juan Tamad says:

im really glad i got into this album now cus its exactly what i need honestly
the whole undertone of isolation helps me cope with being in a new country

Caleb Jaaniste says:

This is definitely my favorite Blur album. It seems to be the shortest, and perhaps the most reserved, or more reserved than expected now that I think about it, but I love how mellow it is and yet so catchy and yet so emotional and yet so memorable.

I don’t know, I just love it. Plus, Pyongyang is my favorite Blur song.

Dave DJS DECORATORS says:

you talk so much shit.
let the music speak instead of your big words.
no one cares

Yes it is me Jesus Christ your argument is invalid says:

I always look at the thumbnail and say
“oh he hates is”
Then I look and there is 7/10

You don't know where my profile pic is from says:

I listened to this album nonstop when it first came out! ‘There Are Too Many Of Us’ is probably my favorite song off of it :)

Lucas Garibaldi says:

Never forget

Piotr Drzymkowski says:

Pyongyang is a really great track on this album. I admire this band so obviously i love the album as well :)

Aline Salillas says:

Woohoo! I knew that Ghost Ship was so resort-ish! They should make a mv of this right now!

Ethan Ross says:

Ong ong is my favourite song xD

are you feeling it now mr krabs says:

have you already reviewed Blur’s Modern Life Is Rubbish? If not, you should totally do it!

Tércio Filho says:

Positive review with red flannel?

GeneBomb says:

You know Damon is just getting older, his songs won’t be as harsh and energetic as his earlier albums

Peter McMahon says:

opinion’s are like arseholes…. everybody’s got one.

Timothy E. says:

Turned into Yelawolf for a second at the end there.

Ben Brinton says:

He did a deal with the Damon, meanwhile Fantano is reviewing a Blur album. What a coincidence.

Isaac Lee says:

Ice Cream Man is actually about the 1989 Tiananmen Square Massacre, so I’m not really sure you could say the lyrics add a playful tone to the song… As far as the rest of her album goes, I think it was definitely a more respectable final album than Think Tank (by a long shot) and, although Ong Ong definitely has the most pop-appeal, it wasn’t really the albums strong point for me. I’d have to go for PyonYang on that one, something about the production and layering made it so grand and moving, and the way Graham Coxon’s vocals kinda creeped in toward the end added to that atmosphere.

Definitely not Joseph's channel. says:

Parklife is one of the undisputable greatest albums of all time.

fite me

TallicLizzy says:

Go Out is great. Silly bald bastard.

Dork Whoop says:

this is one of the most confusing appearance of red flannel ever

Ryan Nunn says:

It’s Go Out not go On

Analia Gonzalez says:

GO OUT! GO OUT!

David T says:

Another Mope Rock from Damon. I was a HUGE fan of Blur throughout the 90’s, and there are some good songs on the album, but I really couldn’t get into the whole album.

SuperLuigi22 says:

Why’d ya wear the red flannel Antwony Foontoono?

Ljacfl says:

Anthony did you know Ice cream man is about 1989 tienamin massacre

Blur Frontman says:

‘Go Out’ – exactly my thoughts. It’s a 2.5 outta 4 track, and lonesome street is a bit that way. A rating of 7 out 10? Couldn’t have hit the nail on the head any better. Not great, but a good album.

Dork Whoop says:

awwee i love go out :(
