Classic
Great review as always brother. Return of The Boom Bap is definitely my favorite KRS album with Mad Crew being my favorite track. ’93 masterpiece.
A masterpiece
One could say that no other Hip-Hop album at the time was better or more relevant than this one, and they’d be right. This is truly a masterpiece and a perfect album overall. Like other classics such as Illmatic and Liquid Swords, it seems to only get better with age.

Dope album review my G!! Return of the boom bap is a definite classic. I remember when it dropped I was about 13 yrs old LOL. Sound of the police was produced by Showbiz. I don’t if you meant to mention Showbiz on the production. It’s all good though!! Yo you are definitely one of…if not the best album reviewer. No disrespect to the other album reviewers out there!! Keep up the good work my Dude. I look forward to hearing more of your dope beats!!
Peace
Great review
My second favourite krs album just behind criminal for me but this album has some right tracks to slap them up with krs nice lyrics and a ill bass line. I remember first time listening to I can’t wake up and instantly loving the track, cool concept plus love the video for return of the boom bap with it showing the album in a nutshell and sound of the police is a track same as 2pac’s Holla if ya hear me that you need to play with good speaker’s loud, never fails to get me hype mainly due to the instrumental with krs real lyrics with a aggressive tone to it. Overall, one of the best albums to come out in 93.
