Markus Bjerrum Jørgensen says:

That list is ridiculously bad. Scorpion at number 1!? Scorpion wouldn’t even be near my top 30 albums of the year tbh.

Poetic Rebel (fka Poetic Slave) says:

Yoo thank you for reminding me to check out elephants on acid! I recall hearing it was going to drop and then life happened and I didn’t get back to it. Also highly agree with nine outta ten choices; I haven’t listened to scorpion, but I hold your same view on drake until this project, I just don’t check for him. Shout out though for the vid, dug your album Murs!!

Tommmy says:

Why is black panther soundtrack on this hahahahahaa

Edit: yoooooooo hahahhaa who let this man make a list he has one of the most disappointing albums of the year (jay rock) at number 3? Yiiikes

HE PUT SCORPION AT #1 HAHAHAHAHA CANCEL THIS MOTHERFUCKER! Because the crowd knew the words to nonstop? Fucking retard. You’re a dumbass my guy. Scorpion is a fucking mess, shit album. This is fucking blasphemous. Scorpion isn’t top 100 rap albums of the year. You didn’t actually say anything about the music. People like you are everything wrong with music.

Mattosh says:

This list is trash

Mubiru Farouk says:

TheAverageHomosapien says:

Haven’t really thought about it a lot but I’ll try to make my list:

10 – The Carter V (didn’t listen to it a lot, but what I can remember about it I like)
9 – Swimming (would’ve listened to it more if he didn’t die and probably would’ve been higher, but I just get sad when I listen to his music now so I stopped)
8 – FM! (Just a really fun album, really liked the theme and Vince himself)
7 – DiCaprio2 (Listened to it a few times – I liked all of the songs, but I didn’t really love a lot of them)
6 – Daytona (just a really nice short album with stellar tracks all round)
5 – Astroworld (I think Daytona is better as a whole, I’m just putting this higher because there were a few songs that I loved off this one and had on repeat a lot)
4 – Care for Me (really personal and relatable – love the minimalist production and the way Saba carried himself)
3 – KSG (This album makes me feel good, like I can conquer anything that comes at me – great sounds and great vibe)
2 – Testing (At first listen I didn’t really think anything of it, then the Gunz ‘n’ Butter music video came out and I was like “woah this shit sounds fire I don’t remember it being like this”, so I revisited it and fell in love. The lack of lyrical substance doesn’t turn me off because I love Rocky for his flow and his charisma on a track. The production also really grew on me)
1 – TA13OO (I had this whole album on repeat for weeks – it’s just so good. Fucking love it)

Gotham Gigolo says:

I can honestly respect your opinion on the top ten best rap albums but I still fail to understand why Scorpion is ranked no 1 on your list of best “rap” of 2018. Anyway, may I suggest u check out Victory Lap by Nipsey Hustle
