Bun B – Return Of The Trill Album Review (Overview + Rating)
Bun B doesn’t overcomplicate things on this album, but there’s enough content & versatility with the production to keep things fresh – especially with the blues & jazz-inspired beats! 4/5 Click the following link to subscribe to my channel for more hip-hop news & reviews! – http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=lukejamesbgn – And don’t forget to like, comment AND follow me on Twitter & IG @lukejamesbgn (or at least do one of those things)!

FAVORITE TRACKS: Knowhatimsayin, Outta Season, Blood On The Dash, Myself, Never Going Back, U A Bitch, Gone Away
LEAST FAVORITE TRACKS: Grow Up
STRENGTHS: KRIT helping out with the beats & hooks; great blues & jazz elements throughout; you’re getting story-telling & game from a pioneer & OG; enough content & versatility with the production to keep things fresh; great features that really fit
WEAKNESSES: Nothing glaring, but some tracks might seem a bit safe & simple (or old-fashioned) for some.

Did you like rudeboi with Wayne ?
Cool project, it’s nice to hear another Bun B album. Was not really looking forward to it but is more than welcome.
lil keke and slim thug? shut up and take my money
Bun B never disappoints
R.I.P. PIMP C
Solid 8/10 for me. Gone Away is my favorite track. I’m from Houston so you know I love the southern feel.
Traphandz hallelujah
Ohhhh shit he likes something lol
Nigga said sloppier than a bukkake session lmao what’s wrong with you bro
The chemistry between K.R.I.T. and Bun B is amazing
I’m glad other people listen to Texas rap
K.R.I.T. executive producing legends now? He is on a non stop W streak.
Aye great reviews my guy keep it up
I’m really enjoying this project I’ve already knew of Bun when I was younger and this is my first time checking out a solo project from him. He and KRIT have some great chemistry together now I want an album of just them together. I actually liked Grow Up and Wayne’s part on Rudeboi (he didn’t say anything interesting but he sounded good). The only two songs I thought were OK was the Giggs feature and TrapHands due to Yo Gotti but 2 Chainz stole the show
Ridin’ dirty is such an underrated album!
Love this album… definitely top 10 of the year so far
Hey bro it’s better than half the shit out including Eminem’s kamikaze
I honestly had no plans of copping this album initially, but I’m glad I changed my mind. This project is quite good indeed. Great to hear Bun-B is still delivering good stuff.
